How far in advance should I book my dog's stay?
For weekday boarding or daycare, 48 hours notice is usually sufficient. For weekends, we recommend booking 5-7 days ahead. Keep in mind holiday periods fill up fast, so 2-3 weeks is the minimum.
Just click “Make a Reservation” on our website and choose your services (dog boarding, daycare, grooming, or the whole shebang!). Keep in mind a temperament test is required for boarding.
My dog is shy/reactive/a total diva. Can they still come?
YES! We love ALL dogs – the social butterflies AND the wallflowers! Our individual play option pairs your more selective pup with a dedicated human playmate instead of other dogs.
How do I know my dog is okay while I'm gone?
We’re more obsessive about updates than a helicopter parent! Daily photos or videos? Standard! Special “pupdates” via text? Absolutely! And for our extra anxious pet parents, we also offer video check-ins.
