By booking services with Dog BnB Houston, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. Services Offered
Dog BnB Houston provides pet boarding, daycare, and related pet services. All services are subject to availability.
3. Owner Responsibilities

Pets must be current on vaccinations (Rabies, Bordetella, DHPP).

Aggressive or dangerous pets are not accepted.

Owners must disclose any behavioral or health issues.
4. Payment & Cancellations

Payment is due in full at drop-off.

Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance for a full refund.

No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
5. Liability Waiver
While we prioritize pet safety, Dog BnB Houston is not liable for illness, injury, or loss due to unforeseen events. Medical emergencies will be handled at the owner’s expense.
6. Emergency Contact
Owners must provide a reliable emergency contact. In the absence of a response, we will act in the pet’s best interest.
7. Photo/Video Release
By using our services, you consent to the use of your pet’s photos/videos for promotional purposes.
8. Right to Refuse Service
Dog BnB Houston reserves the right to refuse service to any pet or client at its discretion.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
